Through the work of JC Inspires Foundation, Josephine’s vision extends to empowering women through the foundation’s program: Club de Madres -Mujeres Empoderadas. Currently, there are established groups in impoverished communities in the Dominican Republic with hopes of future establishments internationally. These groups offer mentorship, skill training, and resources to help women thrive and succeed despite challenging circumstances.
