Based in Mexico, Prepa Filadelfia was founded in 2023 with an educational vision that begins where every great transformation should begin: with the individual.
Created as an online high school that recognizes the interests, abilities, and talents of its neurodivergent students, Prepa Filadelfia proposes a different way of experiencing education: one where learning does not simply mean fulfilling an academic program, but discovering passions, developing abilities, and acquiring tools to build a future of one's own.
Its model combines academic training, flexibility, and project-based learning, allowing students to simultaneously continue developing their professional, athletic, or artistic pursuits.
Because talent does not always show up sitting in front of a desk. Sometimes it is creating – Competing – Working – Imagining – Venturing. Or simply waiting for someone to discover it.
Incorporated under Mexico's Ministry of Public Education (SEP) with official validity of studies, Prepa Filadelfia delivers its two-year academic program within the educational framework established in Mexico, incorporating a methodology that prioritizes projects, flexibility, and a learning experience connected with the student's needs.
Added to this vision is a particularly distinctive element: according to institutional information provided by Prepa Filadelfia, it is the only educational institution in Mexico endorsed to implement Imaginative Education, a pedagogical theory developed by renowned Canadian researcher Kieran Egan. A methodology that recognizes something powerful: imagination is also a tool to learn, understand, and transform knowledge.
Prepa Filadelfia is composed of specialized pedagogues, teachers, intellectuals, and psychologists united by a single passion: education. And its results already tell a story. In its first three years, the institution reports having supported the graduation of 81 students across its various programs.
