By agreeing to become an Aspika Speaker, you acknowledge and agree that all content shared during ASPIKA Talks becomes the exclusive property of Aspika LLC. and We Are Aspika Foundation. This agreement is in alignment with our overarching vision to empower the Global Neurodiversity Community and their families.

Supporting the Voice of Every Participant: 

ASPIKA is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and amplifying the voices of all participants, which is why the production of ASPIKA Talks, ASPIKA Talks promos, and the creation of custom profiles within the ASPIKA Platform are offered completely free of charge. 

This initiative aims to empower both the Neurodiverse Community and corporations by extending and nurturing their vision and mission. At ASPIKA, our core mission is to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity to be heard on a global scale. We believe that by providing these services without cost, we can facilitate greater accessibility and representation for all voices in the world.

Our commitment transcends the event itself, as Aspika is unwaveringly devoted to perpetually branding and nurturing the growth of every individual, professional entity, or corporation associated with our unique platform. ASPIKA Talks transcend mere amplification of voices; they are an open stage for instilling hope through the distinct voices and services of each participant.

FOLLOW THE ASPIKA DYNAMIC SYNERGY:
ASPIKA serves as the unifying force that convenes accomplished professionals, visionary entrepreneurs, students, and others from diverse industries to offer mentorship, unwavering support, and invaluable knowledge and advancement opportunities to neurodiverse individuals. 

Speaker Guidelines:

• ASPIKA Talks are ideally between 15 to 45 minutes in duration, and should a presentation exceed the 20-minute threshold, it will be considered an ASPIKA Talks series (airing back-to-back).
• To provide comprehensive support, promotional units will be meticulously crafted to align with and bolster the Speaker’s message.
• Editing or incorporation of external videos once edited is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in ASPIKA Talks is exclusively reserved for invited Speakers.
• Prior to the event, Speakers will receive a formal letter of invitation outlining the requisite steps and production elements. This facilitates the customization of internal introductions by ASPIKA personnel within the platform and Production.
• Detailed guidelines regarding connectivity, recording schedules, and other pertinent details will be provided prior to the commencement of Talks.

Broadcasting and Marketing Commitment: 

• ASPIKA Talks may incorporate promotional features to spotlight the Speaker’s literary works, business ventures, or corporate affiliations, in alignment with our promotional guidelines.
• Speakers are permitted to promote their ASPIKA Talks through their personal channels, adhering strictly to ASPIKA’s guidelines.

ASPIKA’s Promotion Commitment:

ASPIKA is committed to promoting ASPIKA Talks, their promotional growth, and related promotional materials across various social media platforms including but not limited to Vimeo, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and others. This comprehensive approach ensures the widest possible reach and engagement with our audience.

Supporting the Voice of Every Participant:

ASPIKA serves as a vital media outlet where branding can be strategically allocated and positioned. However, it’s important to note that branding efforts will strictly reflect the ASPIKA Talks page as a whole and not any specific Aspika Speaker. 

Should a speaker bring in a brand as a sponsor, the brand will be positioned exclusively within their Talks, promotional teasers, and customized descriptions. This ensures a cohesive and unified branding experience across all ASPIKA Talks content. Sponsors will receive due acknowledgment in all ASPIKA events, in strict accordance with our branding guidelines. Sponsors maintain no control over event coverage or influence on the content presented during ASPIKA Talks.

General Requirements – Press Releases:

• All press releases necessitate prior approval from ASPIKA LLC. and must prominently feature the ASPIKA website’s homepage and contact details.
• Inclusion of ASPIKA’s official logo is mandatory in all press materials.
• Sponsors, speakers, and collaborators are required to uphold ASPIKA’s branding standards across all promotional channels.

Recording and Use of any ASPIKA LLC. And We Are Aspika Foundation Promotional Material:

• All recording and promotional materials are subject to coordination and release via a formal written request submitted to ASPIKA LLC.
• Any request for the use of ASPIKA logos must be accompanied by a written request specifying the intended purpose.

Misconduct Policy: 

ASPIKA maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct by any participant, including Speakers. In the event of reported misconduct, including but not limited to violations of ASPIKA’s guidelines, unethical behavior, or any actions deemed harmful or inappropriate, the individual’s profile and related participation will be swiftly and immediately taken down. This action is undertaken to uphold the integrity and reputation of ASPIKA as well as to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants. We take allegations of misconduct seriously and are committed to addressing them promptly and decisively.

If you, as a participant, speaker, sponsor, or collaborator, agree to adhere to the rules and guidelines outlined herein, we kindly request that you email [email protected] to coordinate your participation. GENERAL RELEASE 2024

I “herein referred to as “Extra/Talent/Host/Employee/Freelancer/ Representative/Corporation, SPEAKER”, enter into this agreement with Aspika LLC., the Company “ASPIKA”, herein referred to as the Corporation.

I understand that Aspika LLC., is uploading into the Aspika.com platform my video, presentation, and marketing materials and/or program known as “Aspika Talks” and that my name likeness, image, voice appearance and/or performance is being recorded and made a part of said production/presentation and property of Aspika LLC.:

1. I grant Aspika LLC., and its designees the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance as embodied in said programming/presentation known as “Aspika Talks” whether recorded on or transferred to videotape, video files, film, slides, photographs, audio tapes, or other media platform, now known or later developed. In the whole or part includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or re-use the programming in which I appear, including copyright interest, and I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the program known as “Aspika Talks” or it’s copyright.
2. I also Grant Corporation Aspika LLC., and its designees the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, and otherwise distribute the program/“Aspika Talks” either in the whole or in parts, and either alone or with other products  its designees in their sole discretion may determine. This Grant includes the right to use the program/presentation, “Aspika Talks” for promoting or publicizing any of the use. 
3. I Extra/Talent/Host/Employee/Freelancer/Representative/Corporation confirm that I have read the right to enter into this agreement, that I am not restricted by any commitments to their parties, and that the Corporation Aspika LLC. has no financial commitment or obligations to me. 
4. I hereby give all clearances, copyright and otherwise, for use of my name likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance embodied in the program/presentation, “Aspika Talks”.  I expressly release and indemnify Corporation Aspika LLC. and it’s officers, employees, agents and designees from any and all claims known and unknown arising out of or in any way connected with the above granted uses and representations. The rights granted Corporation Aspika LLC., herein are perpetual and worldwide. 

In the consideration of all of the above, I hereby acknowledge receipt of reasonable and fair consideration from the Corporation Aspika LLC.
