Janet Harder is a distinguished expert in the field of speech-language pathology and behavior analysis, with a career dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and their families. She co-founded JHMJ Coaching & Consulting and is the founder of Bridges Speech-Language Pathology and Behaviour Consultation Services. With over three decades of experience, Janet has pioneered innovative approaches such as Relationship Strength-Based (RSB) Coaching and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta. She has earned numerous certifications, including Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and various specialized trainings in autism interventions.

Throughout her career, Janet has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, designed individualized intervention programs, and provided extensive training and mentorship to professionals in her field. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with the SLP of the Year Award by the British Columbia Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists.

Janet’s research and professional activities have significantly contributed to the advancement of speech-language pathology and behavior analysis. She continues to influence the field through her work, ensuring that children with diverse needs receive the support and services they deserve.
