Our Founders:

DiverShines was founded by Patricia Ibarra and Joylin Trechi, two accomplished Latin American professionals who share a passion for empowering the neurodivergent community. With over three decades of combined international corporate experience, they bring a wealth of expertise to their mission. Patricia’s background in sales, marketing, and brand development complements Joylin’s expertise in demand planning and supply management at global corporations. Their personal connections to neurodiversity run deep—Patricia has an ADHD husband, a neurodivergent cousin and nephew, while Joylin is the mother of a neurodivergent child. Together, they’re leveraging their professional skills and personal insights to address the gaps in support for the neurodivergent community. 

Patricia and Joylin are committed to creating innovative solutions that not only meet the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals but also celebrate their achievements and potential. Through DiverShines, they aim to foster a world where neurodiversity is recognized as a valuable asset, empowering individuals to thrive on their own terms and inspiring society to embrace the full spectrum of human capabilities.
