Andy Salandy: Venezuelan Educator and Nonverbal Communication Analyst with International Reach
Venezuelan educator and speaker Andy Salandy has established himself as a prominent figure in the field of effective communication, neuro-oratory, and body language analysis on the international stage.
Born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in El Tigre, Anzoátegui State, Venezuela, Salandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Education and specializes in neurolinguistic programming applied to communication. Throughout his career, he has developed training programs focused on leadership, public speaking, and English language instruction for diverse audiences.
His professional path has led him to deliver conferences and training programs in countries such as Qatar, Bahrain, Brazil, and Chile, strengthening communication skills and personal development. In addition, he has received recognition in international public speaking competitions associated with Toastmasters.
Currently, he works as a nonverbal communication analyst on programs for the Telemundo network, where he provides evaluations on communication, behavior, and body expression in media contexts.
At the same time, together with actress Gabriela Vergara and coach Anthony Lorusso, he promotes the Neuroacting project—an initiative dedicated to training beauty queens, professionals, and individuals interested in refining their public speaking, acting, and stage communication skills through a comprehensive approach.
