Alberto Fernández Parrón is a journalist and associate director at a multinational pharmaceutical company, where he leads CRM at a global level. Additionally, he is the author of the book “Autistic Companies: Back to the Origin,” which reached number 8 in sales upon its paperback release and subsequently achieved number 1 with its ebook version in the categories of Business Communication and Special Education. In this work, he shares his experience as the father of an autistic child and applies his personal experience to improve personal and professional communication, as well as to promote inclusion and diversity in the business, school, and social spheres.

Alberto is also the creator and host of the radio program #Comrevolucionate!, where he shares very inspiring conversations with guests from different sectors and industries, and offers advice and resources for better communication and creating a positive impact in the world.
