Karen Strauch is a Psychologist and Psychology Professor graduated from the National University of Rosario (UNR). She also completed training in Art Therapy (Universidad Abierta Interamericana) and Therapeutic Companionship (College of Psychologists of the Province of Santa Fe), which allowed her to gain solid experience in diverse mental health settings even before graduation—including psychiatric hospitals, mental health centers, and educational institutions.

With extensive experience in both clinical and educational fields, she specializes in supporting and evaluating neurodivergent adults, focusing on autism, ADHD, and giftedness, using a neuroaffirmative and integrative approach.

She is the founder and director of Construyendo Huellas, an interdisciplinary team that provides virtual care nationally and internationally, composed of psychologists, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists specialized in neurodivergence. Through this platform, she promotes evidence-based, empathetic, inclusive, and diversity-affirming care.

Karen is an EMDR therapist certified by EMDR Iberoamericana Argentina and is certified in ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) by the American Institute of Applied Psychology and the Lincoln Institute of Applied Psychology. She is also specialized in Integrative Cognitive Therapy (Aiglé Foundation – Ackerman Institute, NY) and has completed several postgraduate programs, including:
• Postgraduate Program in Giftedness: Identification and Comprehensive Intervention (UNC)
• Specialization in Giftedness for Health Professionals (AACArg)

Additionally, she is a digital content creator in mental health and neurodivergence, with a rapidly growing community of more than 17,000 followers. Through her platforms, she offers ebooks, guides, and educational resources, promoting psychoeducation and awareness through a warm, accessible, and human-centered lens that blends scientific rigor with clinical sensitivity.

In her practice, Karen aims to accompany each person in their process of self-knowledge, acceptance, and well-being, integrating psychology, art, and community as the fundamental pillars of her work.

When she is not working, she enjoys reading, crafting, spending time with her family and her dog, and developing new projects that connect psychology, creativity, and inclusion.
