CO-FOUNDER, KINETIC KICKOFF · CO-FOUNDER, FASTXO
Rafic Faraj is an entrepreneur and ecosystem builder who works on both sides of a single mission: a stronger ecosystem, and the stronger businesses that serve it. As co-founder of Kinetic Kickoff, he builds the ecosystem that Miami-Dade’s autism families rely on; as co-founder of Fastxo, he helps the businesses serving that same ecosystem grow. One forges the network, the other fuels the economy around it. Both ventures are family-led, with his sisters active members of each, working alongside him.
Kinetic Kickoff began as a county-wide initiative in Miami-Dade and is growing into a statewide network. Its events are free, sensory-friendly, bilingual in English and Spanish, and ADA-accessible — anchored in Doral and South Miami, concentrated across Miami-Dade County, and expanding into the tri-county area, with live workshops offered both in person and online. Through partnerships with museums, sports centers, city agencies, and more, the organization connects institutions and public partners around a shared ecosystem. Every event is engineered around the child’s nervous system — quiet zones, controlled lighting, visual schedules, and trained staff — while parent workshops prepare families for the real challenges of insurance, therapy milestones, and navigating school systems, all resting on three pillars: structure, systems, and connection. The long-term vision reaches further still: to grow both deeper and wider — taking on more of the support families depend on, and carrying the model into new territories.
Through Fastxo, Rafic brings that same discipline to the business world, helping small and mid-sized companies scale through growth strategy and hands-on support that runs the full spectrum — from building their foundations to training their workforce — with particular focus on the businesses that serve the ecosystem Kinetic Kickoff supports.
That work is grounded in a wide-ranging career. In a past life, Rafic exported building materials and sold millions of dollars across South America and the Caribbean, with further experience in insurance and in AI implementations for small businesses. He holds three master’s degrees and carries deep respect for everything those years taught him — but his focus now is on the work still to be done: building a structure with a soul, one that makes both businesses and the ecosystem stronger.
