Sonia Castellanos

A Bachelor of Industrial Relations from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and a higher education professor, Sonia has extensive experience in vocational and occupational guidance, human capital management, inclusion, and cognitive accessibility. Her work focuses on raising awareness in organizations, training educators in inclusive education, and supporting individuals with disabilities in their social and professional integration.

With over 20 years of experience, she has worked as a consultant for various institutions, including Universidad Favaloro, Fundación Visibilia, ORT Argentina, Centro Cultural Recoleta, and the Jardín Botánico, leading initiatives that promote inclusive education and equitable access to knowledge. Currently, she also teaches at UMSA and IAS, offering courses in study methodologies, business administration, and professional internships.

Guadalupe Torino

Following in her mother’s footsteps in the pursuit of a more accessible world, Guadalupe is in her fourth year of studying Computer Engineering at Universidad de Palermo. With expertise in web development, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, and SQL, she applies her technical skills to creating digital solutions that enhance accessibility and inclusion.

She is the co-creator of @pictogramas.arg and @vieca.arg, projects that use technology to raise awareness and develop cognitive accessibility tools through pictograms, augmented reality, and digital materials. She has also contributed to initiatives at Centro Cultural San Martín, Bazterrica, and Jardín Botánico, designing more accessible spaces for the neurodivergent community. Her passion for education has also led her to become a mentor at Chicas Programadoras, an organization dedicated to inspiring young women to enter the tech industry.

United for Inclusion and Education

Sonia and Guadalupe have transformed their family bond into a powerful force for social impact. Together, they have developed projects that integrate technology, education, and accessibility, collaborating with organizations, educational institutions, and communities to build a more inclusive world.

From vocational guidance to the development of accessible digital tools, they have turned their passion into a mission: to create spaces where diversity is understood, valued, and actively promoted in both educational and professional environments.
