Affectionately known as Carlitos, Carlos Luis Isea Rojas reminds us that “Yes, you can!” is more than a phrase — it’s a way of life. From the moment he was born, he faced challenges that would have broken many. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy, he began therapy at just five days old. Defying all odds, he regained his vision after suffering from severe myopia exceeding 14 degrees. Later, he was diagnosed as autistic, and at seven years old, identified within the Asperger profile.
His journey is a lesson in faith, perseverance, and love. He graduated from Marist High School in 2011 and pursued his passion for justice by enrolling in Law School at Rafael Urdaneta University. During his studies, he faced a serious illness that required surgery and radiotherapy. Yet, he never gave up — attending classes bald, in pain, but with the unwavering determination of someone who knows his purpose is greater than his suffering.
After four years of relentless effort, he earned his Law degree, becoming a living example of strength, resilience, and hope. Today, Carlos dedicates his life to defending the most vulnerable, proving that true greatness is measured by the heart with which one fights.
Carlos Luis Isea Rojas is, without a doubt, a tireless lover of life and a powerful advocate for the voiceless.
