Dr. Hernán Cerna is a recognized international trainer and lecturer in neuroscience, communication and leadership. A researcher of the nature of the human being, he has designed a unique method of applying values and levels of consciousness for practical use by individuals and organizations.
His great knowledge and experience with human groups, as well as his excellent results with people, endorse him as a powerful communicator capable of creating surprisingly transforming experiences. A voracious explorer of human nature, his ideas and methodologies comprehensively address the transformation towards personal leadership as a basis for the achievement of objectives.
His professional experience includes teaching and research in the areas of Communication, Human Behavior, Neuroscience and Medicine. She has worked in leadership projects, talent management, organizational change, high performance team building and training of professional coaches. Among his recent merits is the award as the best coach in Europe and Latin America in 2021 granted by EMCC Global, the leading institution in Europe for Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision.
Co-founder and President of Isora Neuroscience and Isora Neuroscience Business School, Dr. Cerna, developed during his role as co-director of the chair “Human Behaviour & Focus Values Systems” at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, a pioneering project in the area of neurosensory auditory stimulation applied to foreign language learning. He is currently editor-in-chief of PNEI Today, a Spanish-language adaptation of PNEI Magazine, an edition belonging to the “Societá Italiana de Psico-Neuro-Endocrino-Immunologia” (Sipnei), as well as author of several books and scientific publications.
His educational and professional experience includes research and teaching in Eastern philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as business management. He has worked in more than forty countries in talent management projects, organizational change and the creation of high performance teams in prestigious international companies such as Coca Cola, Porsche, Codorniu, Alcon Cusí, Agencia EFE, Almirall Prodesfarma, Urzante, Daimler Chrysler, De Facto Public Relations, Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Consorcio Nacional de Seguros (Chile), Banca Privada de Andorra (BPA), Imperial Tobacco, Energizer, NTT Datta, or American Express among others.
