ANCLA
A Strategic Alliance for Inclusive Transformation
Alliance Between the ANCLA Foundation, ASPIKA, and the We Are ASPIKA Foundation
The ANCLA Foundation, a leading force in the advancement of neurodiverse education and professional development, has joined in a strategic alliance with ASPIKA and the We Are ASPIKA Foundation to amplify their shared mission: creating accessible, inclusive pathways for learning, certification, and community transformation.
With a solid foundation rooted in experience, science, and advocacy, ANCLA brings unparalleled strength to this partnership through its innovative conferences and certification programs designed to serve neurodistinct individuals and their families—particularly within Spanish-speaking communities.
Founded and guided by Lic. Claudia Magglioli, Lic. Yurima Beltran and clinical psychologist Dr. Ángel Reverol, who also brings his lived experience as an autistic professional, ANCLA’s initiatives are deeply human, impactful, and relevant. While Dr. Reverol’s voice remains integral, the alliance honors the work of ANCLA as a whole, reinforcing its leadership in Latin America, the USA and its growing global impact.
Together, this alliance embodies a bold commitment to education, equity, and the elevation of neurodiverse voices worldwide.

STRATEGIES FOR CHANGE
Through the alliance between Fundación ANCLA and ASPIKA, Strategies for Change empowers students not just with knowledge — but with connection, confidence, and purpose.
Dr. Ángel Reverol’s authentic presence as a neurodistinct leader creates a space where students feel seen, inspired, and capable of becoming the change they wish to see.
Here, transformation begins from within — and radiates outward.

About ANCLA Foundation
Fundación ANCLA (National Association for the Growth and Achievement of Autism) was born with a clear vision: to create an ecosystem of training, support, and real empowerment for neurodistinct individuals, their families, and the professionals who walk alongside them. With an innovative, human-centered, and deeply inclusive approach, ANCLA has become a transformative educational and social platform, specializing in certifications, development programs, and awareness initiatives throughout Latin America and the USA.
Inspired by lived experience and the professional trajectory of leaders deeply committed to neurodiversity, the foundation embraces a philosophy where science, empathy, and action work hand in hand to spark systemic change. ANCLA’s vision is guided by clinical expertise and the authenticity of those who intimately understand both the challenges — and the strengths — of the autistic spectrum.
Driven by the ethical and educational leadership of its team — including a distinguished clinical psychologist emerging as a powerful voice in the region — ANCLA has expanded its impact from university classrooms to underserved communities, delivering accessible, transformative tools and resources where they are most needed.
Today, ANCLA represents more than a foundation; it is a growing network of purpose, inclusion, and shared future for the next generation of neurodistinct leaders.
